Seabrook Crisps: We doubled organic reach - then we doubled it again!

We took on Seabrook’s Facebook and Instagram accounts at the end of 2023 after the crisp brand’s contract with another agency ended. After getting to know the audience and the kinds of posts that got the best responses, we began to see growth in both accounts across all metrics by the second quarter of our work.
Engagement rose, as did views – and the percentage of those views coming from people who didn’t already follow the brand shot up. Significantly, we saw reach double over three consecutive quarters, rising to more than 2.1m on Facebook alone.
