We were brought in to boost engagement with Patisserie Valerie’s Instagram and Facebook feeds – and we did just that. In the space of two months, we saw engagement rates rise from an average of 1% to 4%.
We didn’t use paid social, or competitions, to achieve those numbers: just decent content that people found interesting and wanted to interact with. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to pull it off.
